This book follows on from a previously published book by the same author entitled "Twelve Airfields" - that book gave simple statements of the units that used the airfields in the New Forest area. This book attempts to record what happened on those airfields during World War II, the activities of the squadrons and a selection of the stories of the men and women involved. The airfields mentioned include Beaulieu (East Boldre), Christchurch, Bisterne, Sway and Breamore House.
